Product Details

We produce engineering components moulded from polyurethane as per drawing. Parts include clutch stars or buffers, clamping jaws, scrapers, floor padding, vibrator bases, die cutting counter linings, anti-crash rollers, bearing bushes, pulleys, gaskets, spraying nozzles, spring components and many others. Manufacturing processes include casting, injection moulding, spraying and machining (incl. water jet cutting). This often also includes steel and PUR connections. Bogie wheels and wheel coatings in PUR-D15 are ideally to with stand high dynamic loads.
