For our customers of process house, texturising/twisting & cotton spinning mill, textile mills, publishing houses & retailers. We specialize in Plain & upto six colour printed RECYCLABLE HMHDPE BAGS of following types.
i) INDUSTRIAL LINERS:- Bags used by all manufacturing industries.
ii) YARN CONE BAGS:- Bags used for packing yarn cones by texturising & cotton spping mills bags of 30 guage makes Bags, cheaper but tough in strength.
iii) WRAPPING ROLLS:- To wrap processed lumps of suiting, shirting, dress material etc. Wrapping rolls in 20 guage & above brings down the cost per meter.
iv) SHOPPING BAGS:- These are available in various shapes, sizes and configurations. It is a fully integrated business of extrusion, printing and bag making done in one step.
Specifications: Mostly used in grocery stores and super markets.
Typical thickness: 20microns
Lightest diffusion.
Very high carry weights.
v) GARBAGE BAGS:- Plastic bags dominate the rubbish bag market. The environment issues here are those that typify environment debates regarding plastics. The final type of bag should be recyclable. They are produced in a range of sizes depending upon their intended use and from a range of materials.
Specifications: High dart impact.
Good puncture and tear balance.
