We are one of the most efficient and enterprising manufacturer of Woven sacks in the Western Indian region. We are the first Woven Sack manufacturing company in India certified for ISO 9001 : 2000 for manufacture and supply of woven sacks , woven fabric and non - woven plastic bags.
Our Facilities include
1)Extrusion lines -
Our extrusion lines are armed with all the sophisticated equipments like Melt Pump, Static Mixers, Capacitance Gauging of Film ,Automatic dosing Mixing and Low Shrinkage Conditioners.
2)Weaving Section -
This comprises of a battery various circular looms form 4 Shuttle to 8 Shuttle and the looms ate capable of weaving the fabric from 14" Tubular to 82" Tubular or 164" Lay Flat fabric. The machines are capable of weaving from 7 X 7 Mesh to 18 X 18 Mesh.
We also have facilities to produce Liners, Films. Our Lamination Line has Post Lamination Perforation and Gusseting Facility
3)Automatic Printing and Cutting Machine :-
We can print four colurs in single pass. Corona treatment facility installed on the printing line helps in providing good ink anchorage thereby preventing the scuffing of Ink in storage and transit.
4)Bag Making equipments
like stitching machines, Bailing machines etc. which can produce about 5 million bags per month.
5)Quality Monitoring Facility :-
The plant has fully equipped Quality testing Laboratory. The Laboratory has equipment like Tensile Strength Tester, Dial Gauges, Digital Thermometers etc. to check process parameter as well as finished products.
Quality Laboratory issues Test Certificate for each consignment dispatched from the factory.
6)Jumbo Bag Manufacturing. : The company is in process of setting up a Jumbo bag Manufacturing Facility which will be operational by end of January 2006.
