Our proprietary technology of the four-for-one principle is used in the model T4T/R twisting machine, delivering a high rate of production which is unique to his machine, thanks to the 10.000 twists per minute. The maximum flexibility covering the range of products and deniers (5.000 to 100.000 deniers), at low maintenance costs and at very high levels of quality are contributing to the uniqueness of this twister.
The possibility of placing the T4T/R for in line twisting permits the extrusion line speed to operate at over 300 meters per minute. This high speed operating line, coupled with the automatic doffing robot, makes the T4T/R an indispensable component of highly efficient production system which allows to drastically reduce not only the production costs but also to reduce the initial investment costs.
The T4T/R is suitable for the production of twisted yarns - natural or synthetic - including carbon and amidic fibers.
