The machine consist of an unwind stand with brake, pull rolls driven by AC motor with inverter drive controlled thru PLC, Pneumatically assisted and linear potentiometer operated dancer rollers for web tension control, Photocell unit, Synchronizer, Draw rollers driven by servomotor operated by microprocessor based controls, Sealing-cutting station operated by AC motor with inverter drive controlled thru PLC, Air nozzles for ease of bag removal, Conveyor and Staking table. Auto tuned PID temperature controls with digital display assures accurate sealing temp. for consistent sealing quality. The latest technology European make photocell assures accurate print registration. Amply designed conveyor and staking table ensure ease of operation and smooth handling of finished bags.
Unwind stand with side and center slitter attachments can have add on features to meet the most demanding requirements.
Sealing cutting station has been ergonomically designed for ease of operation and cleaning. Special alloy blade assures better heat stability at lower power consumption.
Operator friendly MMI gives all commands at fingertips. A digital display and keyboard enabled man-machine interaction gives Speed, Size and Batch size count operated by key board setting.
