The machine was designed for top quality products, it works with flat foils instead of blowing films. The flat foil is passed through the printing station if required.

This dual products production was developed to meet increasing demand of better quality products of Cast PP foils from 0.03 mm and above sheet protectors and "L" shape folder of 0.06 mm and above.
- This system also includes an optional flexo printing station, allowing the printing of the folding edge for production of printed edge sheets protectors and "L" shape folders. Unlike other systems that use heat sealing for welding of the bottom, this system uses welding with a 2.6 kw ultrasonic.
