Auger Filler is a versatile powder filling machine for dosing free flowing as well as non free flowing powders like Pharmaceutical powders, Chemical powders, Talcum powder, Pesticide powder, Ground spices, Ground Coffee, Flours, Milk powder etc.
The machine operates on the principle of positive displacement screw operating under constant head.
The precisely designed Auger displaces the product through funnel into the pouch/ container held under the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an Electromagnetic Clutch/Brake unit, an Electronic Auger with frequency small grammages & Jumbo Auger for big grammages.
User Friendly: Maximum online settings. Easily accessible for print mark and batch coding settings. Fast and easy size change over. All setting made via Touch Key & interactive message on screen.
Efficient: No Fill - No Pouch Logic hence No packaging material or product loss. Perfectly sealed pouches. High outputs with high fill accuracy. Low maintenance.

The center or vertical sealing is done by clutch brake driven round sealers and horizontal sealing is done by pneumatically operated sealing jaws.
