- Powder coated machines having solid structure for long term operation.
- Machines is operated by Imported Servo System for high speed and accuracy.
- Use of Imported PLC and MMI. Size and count set digitally on MMI.
- High speed, over current, over load, Low Voltage alarm and cut off system.
- An isolation transformer is provided for Servo System.
- Four rolls of 12" width or two rolls of 28" can be run together.
- Separated Unwind Stand with four unwind shaft of 1500 mm.
- Two unwind motor for unwind station controlled by two different sensors.
- Speed up to 150bags /min.
- AC drives for main and unwind.
Optional Attachment:
- Hot Pin blocking for bunching. Blocked Bunch will be separated automatically
