The advantages of Ultrasonic cut being along with cutting it seals the edges without melting the material. Hence a uniform smooth and soft edge is formed in this process without burr or bead. Along with this we also offer Ultrasonic Continuous sealing machine in which the material is initially sealed as per the required width and subsequently it is crush cut mechanically.
We have supplied these machines to various HDPE/PP Wovensacks manufacturers like Jagdamba Ahemdabad, Giltpack Ltd, Indore, Orient Packaging Daman to name a few and also to circular loom manufacturers. These machines can be modified as per the specifications of the customer’s weaving machine and product for getting the best result.
