We can do injection molding, extrusion, robotic, sheet line trouble shooting, as well as start ups, evaluations, equipment assessment, machine rebuilding, painting, and run offs. We have worked on VanDorn, Cincinnati Milacron, Nissei, Toyo, Husky and Davis Standard. We can offer a machine and or plant evaluation. We can attend auctions for customer in addition to traveling with them to review machines and equipment. We offer a prep and industrial cleaning service.
We have installed EAS quick mold systems. We are proficient with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits. We can set up install and trouble shoot auxiliary equipments such as Wittman, Conair and AEC dryers, blenders, loaders, hoppers, auto weighs, grinders, and thermolators.
Our rates are very reasonable. We try to keep all expenses at a minimum to save the customer additional monies. We offer attractive weekly rates. Companies can book our travel and expenses to utilize their company discount rates.
