1) Complex automation solutions:
In several cases, value added operations require extensive and complex secondary stations with additional robots, multiple vibratory bowl feeders and many other sub-stations performing specific tasks. The robust mechanical design of our robots and the modularity and performance of our robot control system allow the connection of demanding downstream automation systems.

In this particular application, metal strips are inserted into the mold and after the removal several clips were added to the finished automotive side trim while placed in a cooling station.

2) Assembly Station:
As complete solution suppliers molders are increasingly asked to provide more than just the molded part. Complex secondary operations as the assembly of several parts within one molding cycle are required.
