QUALITY ASSURANCE
. Have thorough knowledge of various testing methods of plastics, plastic floorings, coated fabrics, electrical insulation tapes, packaging tapes, anticorrosion pipe wrapping tape based on national and international standards and specifications like ASTM, AS, BS, DIN, IEC, IS, JASO, JIS, SASO, FIRA, SATRA and other specifications for testing in coming raw materials.
. Have thorough knowledge of requirements of Quality Systems as per ISO: 9000
. Established Quality Assurance programme as per customer requirement starting from quality control of incoming raw materials, in process quality control, and final product quality control including product inspection as per leading international quality standards.
. Have knowledge of shade matching using computerized colour matching system.
. Planned detail lay out and set up a laboratory
. Trained subordinates to implement Quality System.
