A perennial issue before management is to motivate and retain good employees or to develop ordinary persons for extra-ordinary achievements. In various small scale / medium scale industries Human Resource Development (HRD) process is not identified at all; whereas in various large scale industries COMPETENCY of a person is not focused but assumed by HRD.


In this highly competitive environment, it is equally difficult to obtain and retain right employees for right job.
