One day training on Statistical tools - for analysis, good decision making, tracking progress, and problem solving.
One day training on Internal auditors of Systems - Establishing systems is only the beginning. Regularly identifying improvement opportunities and taking appropriate steps through RADAR or PDCA is enabled by Audits. Training auditors for same is important step in it. ( Two days)
