Interactive and graphically intuitive dashboard were designed that enables plant managers and executives to performs real time monitoring of cycle time,machine utilization,machine down time analysis , production rejection analysis.
Product cycle time was reduced by 5% which lead to increase in machine utilization and production output.
Also reduction in costs was observed due to efficient planning of available machine hours
