Rebuilding of Screw:
Shree Muktajivan Industries help our customers to increasing their machines' output and its service life through our experience and awareness of various designs and best quality material.
We assist them for rebuilding of screw or retrofitting of old pair to minimize the production cost. From this retrofitting work they can earn more profit from low investment.
Shree Muktajivan Industries provide two type of hard facing method. Both are very useful for single screw because of its' low cost. We have awareness of classified hard face materials and its using process.
First method done by direct using the hard facing welding roads. This type of welding done by rectifier type of welding machine and a very skill welder who has complete knowledge about the screws. And its important places when the welding is running.
In this method powder form of hard facing material is used and it sprayed by a Special Coating Gun. In this method, high temperature and high pressure both are use to inject a powder on screw metal. With high temperature and pressure, the hard facing particles are joined with mother material and make a hard layer on it. This type of hard facing method is generally used for twin screw and those single screws which is used in hard polymers like rigid PVC, Nylon, etc
By this type of hard facing customer get extra life of screw which is at least of 6 to 8 months. This both process is low cost in compare to the other coatings and reliable for single screw and Twin screw both.
We give the 24 hr. response when our customer has got any difficulties in our supplied pair. We stand with them up to that moment wherever the problem was not solved.
