We also support in Validation activities of Medical Devices per GMP Guidelines as follows:
1)Creating a repeatable molding and/or Assembly process using RAM (Real Art of Molding) principles
2)Create Protocols and thereafter Reports for :
a.Installation Qualification (IQ)
b.Operational Qualification (OQ)
c.Performance Qualification (PQ)
We have manufacturing and assembly facility in Mumbai and we can process any plastic and have processing experience in PP, GPPS, HIPS, HDPE, ABS, PMMA, PC, SAN, K-Resin, Nylon (PA), Delrin (POM), TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)
We have Injection molding machines with 3 barrels which enables us to produce up to 3 colors in a molded part.
