90 mm Compounding Extruder having 70 HP AC Drive, 60 HP AC Motor
Compounding Extruder with SS Water tank for cooling of strands.
300 liters High Speed Mixture Machine with Dual Speed Motor having 38/40 KW.
Rotary Palletizer having 3 HP Motor operated with AC Drive.
Grinder Machine for grinding Lumps having 2 fixed Blades and 6 rotating Blades.
All machines are in fully working condition.
Output of 200 kg/hr. Prior to feeding into this extruder Masterbatch / filler blend has to be fed into double process mixer with 70 kg batch.
This machine is of 2012 make with 90 mm single screw type
Further new Screw +Barrel has been replaced with KBM machinery recently in 2018
We had also changed new 70hp ac drive in 2022
