* Our long fiber reinforced plastic molding compounds are characterized by their excellent moldability. They have been developed from our previous experience as a manufactures of molded products for about ten years. Our plastic molding materials are capable of good fiber length retention after injection molding on an ordinary anti-abrasive type injection molding machine. Such technology can provide thin-wall molded products with high strength and high rigidity. The plastic compounds are flame retardant (UL VO ratings)with bromine free and have excellent recycability.
Special Features:-
1. High strength and high modulus (The grade with 30wt% CF has similar rigidity to aluminium.)
2. Excellent impact resistance
3. Excellent EMI shielding capability (LNB-907) and electrical conductivity (LNB-921)
4. Non-Brominated flame retardancy
5. High flow property suitable for thin-wall moldings (1.0~1.2mm thickness possible for A4 size)
6. Platable (LNB-921)
7. High heat resistance
