Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer Special For Flame Resistance
It is a random and saturated elastomer with minimal residual crystal. It has excellent comprehensive physical properties such as very good flame-resistance, chemical-resistance, oil-resistance and waterproofing and also has good compatibility with PVC, CB etc.

- Chlorine content: 40 +/- 2 Percentage
- Remains crystallinity: < 2 Percentage
- Volatile Matter content: < 0.3 Percentage
- Rate of filtration: > 99.0 Percentage (26 mesh)
- Shore hardness (A): < 55 degree
- Thermal decomposition temperature (Degree Celsius): > 165
- Mooney Viscosity (ML 121 Degree Celsius 1+4): 70 + / - 5
- Stretch hardness : > 8.5 Mpa
- Elongation at break : > 850 percentage
USES:
- It is a kind of Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer, which has good oil-resistance, chemical-resistance and flame-resistance and can be used as modifier or permanent plasticizer of soft PVC.
- CPE1401 + CR + additives: Manufacture kinds of flame-resistance wire and cable, as well as automobile rubber products.
- CPE1401 + NBR + additives: Manufacture kinds of oil-resistance and heat-resistance rubber products.
- CPE1401 + PVC + additives: Manufacture several excellent weather-resistance soft PVC products and cable insulation.
