-Based on PP EPDM TPV compound
-Soft touch and dry feel, resilient, low abrasion
-Good oil resistance
-Good elasticity, tensile strenght and compression set
-Good low temperature flexibilty
-Good ozone, UV resistance and long life weathering
-High resistance to hot and cold water and different types of chemicals such as alcohols, acids, alkalis and polar solvents
-Service temperature from -40°C to + 100°C for softer grades and for harder grades -30°C to + 120°C
-Hardness ranging from 45 to 95 Sh A
-Low density <0.95
-Good processing and flow characteristics
-Good electrical properties
Applications :
Industrial and Automotive : Washers, Gaskets & Profiles, Grommets, Grips Spark plug boots, Floor mats, Tube, Hose, Castor, Weather strips, Body side moldings, Horn pad covers, Steering wheels, Air bag covers, Knobs, Handles, Interior and Exterior auto components, Mud flap, Molded and Extruded components, Wire and cable, Pen grips and Tooth brush grips.
