Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer Special For Magnetic Materials
It is a kind of Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer with high cold-resistance and high filling level. Besides the characteristics of common Chlorinated Polyethylene, it also has the characteristics of high toughness at low temperature, and excellent acceptance of high filler levels. Moreover it has good processing fluidity and good gloss on the surface of product after filled.

- Volatile Matter content: < 0.3 Percentage
- Rate of filtration: > 99.0 Percentage (26 mesh)
- Shore hardness (A): < 56 degree
- Thermal decomposition temperature (Degree Celsius): >165
- Mooney Viscosity (ML 121 Degree Celsius 1+4): 60 + / - 5
- Stretch hardness: > 7.5 Mpa
- Elongation at break: > 850 Percentage
USES:
- It can be used for magnetic rubber products and as modifier or solubilizing agent for non-polar rubber, such as EPDM etc.
- CPE 130A + ferrite + additives: Manufacturer magnetic rubber sealing strips for refrigerator as well as various calendaring markers.
- CPE 130A + EPDM + flame retarder + other additives: Manufacturer insulation layer of various wire and cable for middle and low voltage, cured epdm roof.
