Recycled PP Granules:
1) SPPH BL 0502 is manufactured from post-industrial recycled Polypropylene. It may be used for molding applications where recycled materials are permitted.

Physical and chemical properties:
- Specific gravity: 0.900 to 0.920
- MFI at 230 Degree C / 2.16 Kg: 4 - 8
- Volatility: Negligible
- Odor: Odorless
- Color: White

Mechanical properties:
- Flexural modulus: > 1300 Mpa
- Hardness shoe D (3 sec. delay): 68-72
- Charpy impact strength, notched at 230 Degree C: > 2.0 KJ/m2
- Falling weight impact strength at 230 Degree C: > 1.9 J

Stability and reactivity:
- Stability and reactivity: The product is stable. Avoid temperatures above 300 degree C (570 F).
- Incompatibility with: Reactive or incompatible with strong

2) SPPH BL 1004 is manufactured from post-industrial recycled Polypropylene. It may be used for molding applications where recycled materials are permitted.

- Physical state and appearance: Solid
- Specific gravity: 0.900 to 0.920
- MFI at 230 Degree C/2.16 Kg: 8-12
- Volatility: Negligible
- Odor: Odorless
- Color: Black

Mechanical properties:
- Flexural modulus: > 1000 Mpa
- Hardness shoe D (3 sec delay): 65-69
- Charpy impact strength, notched at 230 Degree C: > 4.3 KJ/m2
- Falling weight impact strength at 230 Degree C: > 2.9 J

Stability and reactivity:
- Stability and reactivity: The product is stable.
- Avoid temperatures above 300 degree C (570 F).
- Various substances: Oxidizing agents

All recycled PP will have some filler to the extent of about 3-5 percent.
