We are manufacturer of reprocessed PS (polystyrene) Granules:
- Density: 1.04 to 1.05 g / cm3
- Glass transition temperature: 90 Degree C
- Gamma radiation resistance: Good
- UV light resistance: Poor
- Max. continuous service temperature: 65 to 80 Degree C
- Min. continuous service temperature: 20 Degree C
- Sterilization resistance (Repeated): Poor
- Thermal insulation (Thermal conductivity): 0.16 W / m.k

Strengths:
- Low cost
- Transparent
- High stiffness
- Good dimensional stability
- Good processability
- Good electrical properties, low dielectric loss
- Excellent resistance to gamma radiation.
- FDA compliant

Limitations:
- Brittle at room temperature
- Poor mechanical properties above 70 Degree C
- Poor chemical resistance, especially to organic solvents
- Susceptible to UV degradation
- Highly flammable.
