Technical Data: Pneumatic application of impression rollers and doctor blade. According to the cylinder dia, angle and height of the doctor blades can be adjusted. Motorized / manual registration control system. In-built shaft holder and manual lateral registration control system. Fantastic drying system consists of separate panel having temperature controller and sensor for each station. Detached blowers with heater boxes prevent any type of vibration and fire hazards to the main unit. Heavy duty gear boxes with permanent oil lubrication. High velocity in drying and exhaust system equipped with 30 feet drying tunnel distributed in six heating zones in case of lamination. Sturdy body frame and all dynamically balanced heavy duty Aluminium rolls ensure high speed UN interrupted production. Machine suitable to accommodate any type of drive system as per customer's choice. Web aligner and chaser in main and secondary unwinder.
