Hyden's M-6250M is a 6 colour Dry Offset printing machine for decoration of disposable plastics containers used for food and beverage packaging. Capable of vivid 6 colour decoration on injection molded as well as thermoformed plastics containers, this machine is built with a number of operational features that makes it convenient for the operator to handle a demanding 6 colour job. Designed for high speed printing this press is capable of taking on large production runs.

The M-6250M is a semi-automatic press that keeps it easy to operate and low on electrical power and floor area. The press can also be offered in the Signature Series version for fully automatic operation. This machine has the proven Magicure UV-OMC curing system that cures printed containers on their mandrels prior to ejection. A number of optional features allow this machine to be configured for enhanced operational features and requirements.

A quick change-over time, electronic ink management, centralized automatic lubrication and a sturdy geared drive system are a few of the standard features of this machine. Optional features allow for no cup detection and shut-down, corona or flame treatment for PP containers, 2 blanket printing system for large print circumferences and simple re-stacking of printed containers. This allows the press to be configured to individual requirements.

The M-6250M is built for continuous high production runs and will give years of reliable service requiring only simple and basic maintenance.
