The Polymer C.I. Flexo Printing Press Conqueror is specially designed for high quality short & medium run color process printing jobs. It is applicable to both plastic films and paper, and it is very economical. Our press was developed under technical cooperation with flexo technical services ltd, a European company with more than 20 years experience in C.I. Presses

Features:
- Double wall central impression cylinder with automatic water temperature control.
- Direct gearing.
- Reverse angle doctor blades can be assembled on al six decks.
- Fast in-out deck movement by means of a praumatically operated tool.
- Non-stop unwinder for two 600 mma. diameter reels.
- Flying splice rewinder for two 600 mms. diameter reels.
- Web guide before printing.
- Unwind breaking system by magnetic powder brakes.
- Rewinder toreseen with 2 DC motors, with electronic control.
- Automatic tension control by means of bellophram controlled dancer arm.
- Cooling and draw cylinder, driven by main transmission shaft, through micrometric limited range variator for line control.
- Electrical drying (other systems on request)

Due to its features, this press has proved to be the most ideal machine for medium & high speed runs. Polymosa Conqueror C.I. Press combines both performance and economical value to most converters using the most up to date technology. Job changes are no longer an ardous task, reducing press down time and increasing profit.

This press is also designed with horizontal print units reducing lead screw wear and also allowing all print unit parts to be fully interchangeable, thus reducing the spare parts carried.

Reverse angle doctor blades are available for all units, add due to changing substrate it has been deemed necessary to provide 3.6 meters of drying as standard
