The machine comes with latest Servo Technology for achieving speed, accuracy, lower wastage and maintenance. In all, the machine has Four Servo axis controlled by PLC and 10” touch screen HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Servo Driven Ultrasonic Transverse Sealing System: Precise seal pressure and seal time control. It avoids damage to ultrasonic unit due to excessive pressure generated by traditional spring and pneumatic systems. Also helps us to run machine at higher speed.
Servo Driven Main Index: for Accurate length of mask at high speeds.
Servo Driven Head Loop Forming Assembly: for Precise length and positioning accuracy of loops.
Servo Driven cutting assembly for high speed cutting.

For Top and Bottom Flap Seal

For Online Head Loop Seal
Four Cantilever type Unwinders: for easy loading of spunbond non-woven fabric rolls and nose strip roll
