Required - TTE - 2020 - Online Thickness Measuring Device for Pipe

We have applied the state of art technology in new Online Thickness Measuring Device for pipe. The Device (Instrument) can measure thickness of 0.899 mm to 12.555 mm. Measurement is of high accuracy. Instrument complies four sensor assemblies, fixed with computer hardware. The real time colour graphic is user friendly. Interface software with advance control over the unit having the facility to incorporate the setting parameters to have hard copy by printer as per you desire. This highly formatted hard copy report of the required thickness is possible. Four sensors are fixed at 90 each. It helps to detect the difference of the thickness at specific side on the pipe. There is no ware and tare of the instrument, hence no servicing is required.
With the real time scanning the instrument helps in saving material by reducing the scrap. In addition to this you benefited from substantial quality improvement and your customer's satisfaction. The installation and settings of individual pipe dia is very fast and user friendly.
