We manufacture tensile tester according to ASTM D 638 and can supply according with BS, DIN, ISO, IS (Indian Standard) or according to customer's required specification.
- Mechanical Structure on Single Screw Base Supported tie-bar with linear motion bearing to carry load.
- Machine capacity according to customer requirement.
- Motor & Gear Box: Motor Coupled with Gear box. (Make: Bonfiglioli). Oil Free Gear box is used to avoid maintenance problem.
- Speed range from 10 to 500mm/min, speed selectable directly from the computer.
- Microprocessor based digital display for load and extension.
- Load accuracy dependable of the load cell. Accuracy 1% of the full scale value of load cell.
- Cross head travel: up to 800mm.
- Extension display 0.01mm with 0.5% accuracy of travel.
- Live interfacing on to computer during the test.
- Unit conversion facility in load and extension. (i.e. N-kg-lbf and in extension mm-cm-inch).
- Stress Vs. Strain graph also available after completion of the test.
- User conducts shear, puncture, tear, bonding etc. test.
- PC communication via RS-485 converter for fast data collecting and every moment data collection to analyze product at each and every point.
- User friendly software.
- Easy installation of window based software in computer.
- Over load and over elongation safety features is provided through software and PLC.
- Auto graph scales on X axis as well as Y axis.
- Software present test results in tabular and graphical formats.
- Configure the test using a standard test setup template which is pre-formatted for each type of test.
- Report generation is through PLC via RS-232 to RS-485 converter.
- Pre defines profile feed to switch over from one test method to another test method.
