Indian Plastics Federation (IPF) is regarded as a torch-bearer of plastics industry and trade. Established in 1958, the Federation is dedicated to actively uphold the interest of the plastics trade and industry in India and make all out efforts for the growth and development of this sector for over four decades. IPF was the organiser of the first plastics exhibition ever held in India – INDPLAS ’81 – National Plastics Exhibition in 1981. IPF is one of the founder member of Plastindia Foundation, the apex body of plastic industry in India.
Plastindia Foundation, is the apex body of plastics industry in India, which holds “PLASTINDIA” - International Exhibition and Conference at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi every three years and also represents the Indian plastics industry in international exhibitions abroad. The Foundation through its exhibition has succeeded in catalyzing industrial growth by providing access to the best of technologies available in the country and abroad.
