1. The dual extruder and twin die system offers high output and greater versatility, utilizing a rotary vacuum mold. The bubble machine can produce air bubble film at speeds of up to 150 FPM.
2. Fully automated with programmable PLC and touch screen control panel for complete finger tip control.
3. By incorporating a built-in rotary perforator with slitter within the Four Shaft Turret Winder, this machine produces rolls of air bubble packaging with pre-selected perforations. Eliminating the need for further off-line processing to the film.
4. Air bubble molds are available in three standard sizes of 3/16", 5/16" and 1/2" although custom designed molds are available.
5. Two high output extruders are engineered to provide maximum production time between maintenance schedules by using quality proven components.
6. Another great advantage of air bubble machine is the quick, interchangeable forming mold. Allowing molds to be changed in 15 minutes time for minimal disruption to production scheduling.
7. Laminations can be produced in-line with the air bubble machine eliminating the need for further out-of-line processing.
