Working: Taking advantage of the natural charge associated with
every particle, electrostatic cleaning removes insoluble particles present
in oil, independent of size.
Particles even smaller than 0.01 micron including by - products of oxidation,
such as tars and sludge are deposited on collectors for easy disposal.
ELCs can not and do not remove oil soluble additives.
Features:
Automatic operation and low running cost. Units typically run 2000
hours before collector change is required.
The above selection
guide indicates oil quantities of respective oil grades which can be maintained
clean by respective models in general. Specific recommendations can be
worked out on detailed analysis of your hydraulic systems.
