A.Extruder
Operation Methods:
Downwards high base type extruder. Gear box housing fabricated of cast iron, strong and durable, gear made of special alloy steel , heat treated and precisely machined that results in smooth running and low energy comsumption. Screw design with high mixing sections for excellent melt quality and high output rate and longer service life.

B.DC Main Drive
Variable speed motor complete with SCR control R.P.M 0-1500 low energy consumption , low noise, and stable running.

C.Screen Changer
Sliding plate type, easy movable plate, easy replaceable screen & no oil leakage. Composing of oil pump, solenoid and melt pressure sensor.

D.Tension Controlled Material Unwinder
Complete with electromagnetic clutch and brake as well as tension controller, EPC controller ensures accurate performance of unwinding

E.T Die
Film plastics are made in variable thickness within available range of this die. This is a CoatHanger configuration of die made of high quality alloy steel, with nitrided, polished and hard chrome plated treatments. Internal deckle rod for adjusting film width, proper distribution of the melt by adjustable die-lip for a uniform thickness of film products

F.Haul-Off Roll Stack
Rolls through grinding, polishing, hard chrome plating treatments ensure high quality of laminated products, pneumatically opening and closing for easy adjustment of each roll. Double spiral type of water cooling provides efficiency of cooling and permanent surfacial temperature on the chill roll

G.Turret Type Auto Rewinder
This is a kind of central winding, with tension controller precisely controlled system for laminated products winding. Maxium winding speed can reach 120 meter per minute, with a presetting length meter for the purpose of film cut-off, web transfer automatically by a heated steel plate at Pre-Set target length. Winding is driven by DC motor.
