1. Force Feeder: Twin screw force feeding design, fast feeding, less power consumption.
2. First Ventillation: By work off humidity, and melt of material allow increase of capacity.
3. Direct Impacted Input: The melted material is pushed towards the second extruder by high pressure, in which the black dots caused by decomposed of plasticity can be eliminate with such high speed of flow of material.
4. Second Ventilation: Eliminate air bubble in the materia. Opional vacuum pump is available for maximum result.
5. T-Die Extrusion Outlet: Newly design T-Die Extrution Outlet allow smooth and even flow of material, such achivement enable total control of desired size of granule.
6. Control Panel: The machine employs a SCR controller. The control panel provides the following major functions:
a. Extruder drivecontrol.
b. R.P.M. , A.M.P. display.
c. Temperature Control.
d. Heater Control.
