Bottom welding machine
The machine consists of the following components :

k) Photocell Trolley with regulation.
l) Vertical motorized Compensator for adjusting printing position
m) N.1 Servo-motor for towing film
n) N.1 Servo-motor for bar movement
o) Antistatic, anti-shock bars
p) Additional container for stabilizing pneumatic pressure
q) Air filtering unit with pressure regulator
r) Bulb for automatic pressure control
s) PATENTED BAG STACKING SYSTEM , with double press for formation of bag bundles in pre-set numbers depending on production requirements
t) PATENTED Mechanical bag tearer

2. COMPLETE UNIT FOR BOTTOM WELDING :
a) Bar-holder in special aluminium
b) Upper welding bar made from cast iron profile
c) Pair of resistors for heating the upper profile
d) Temperature probe
e) Rotating Teflon bracket
f) Possibility of rotating the upper bar by 90° for inspection and maintenance
g) Cutting system with toothed blade
h) Lower bar-holder
i) Lower profile made from special cast iron
k) No. 1 resistor for heating lower profile
l) Temperature probe
m) Rotating Teflon bracket
n) Digital thermoregulators for temperature control and setting.

3. CONTROL AND COMMAND PANEL :

- Digital keyboard and color monitor for setting and checking production data

- Programming of trolley positioner parameters
- "on the fly" adjustment of the most important production parameters without having to stop the machine to reset data

All the mechanical, pneumatic and electrical controls are grouped together on the side of the machine.


4. COLLECTING TABLE WITH PINCES
- Trolley with pincers for extraction of bundles, controlled by the machine's microprocessor. The trolley is fitted with a last generation system which thanks to a two-speed control reduce the stopping times for extracting bundles
- No.1 collection belt with intermittent translation controlled by keyboard for collecting the finished bundles.
- No.1 console fitted with emergency stop and belt translation controls.
- Collecting table translation system that allows access inside the machine for maintenance operations.

5. Safety guards and emergency devices foreseen by the CE standards and the laws in force that govern the accident prevention regulations.
