The machine consists of the following components :
1. COMPLETE UNWINDING UNIT
1) Hydraulic reel lifting system.
2) No. 3 pneumatic reel-holding shafts.
3) Rotating reel holder table.
4) Inflation gun.
5) No. 3 automatic end-of-reel stopping devices.
6) Film towing system, with motorized cylinders and reduction gear, inverter
driven vectorial motor for controlling film unwinding.
7) System for micrometrical controlling of film tension by means of pneumatic
cylinders and pressure regulators. This system allows for optimizing the
film
tension in compliance with the pre-set production parameters (thickness/bags/min.
bag dimensions).
8) Constant control of the film unwinding by means of a linear potentiometer
for
detection of the dancing roll position.
9) System for ensuring easy film insertion.

1) Low inertia film compensation unit.
2) No. 1 photocell.
3) No. 1 Motorized compensator for adjusting the printing position
4) No. 1 servo-motor for towing film

with the type of production to be carried out.

- Bar-holder in special aluminium
- Upper welding bar made from cast iron profile

All the mechanical, pneumatic and electrical controls
are grouped together on the side of the machine.
3. FOLDER AND BAG COLLECTING TABLE, complete with :
1) Trolley with pincers for extraction of bundles, controlled
by the machine's microprocessor. The trolley is fitted with a last generation
system which thanks to a two-speed control reduces the stopping times
necessary for extracting the bundles.
2) Bag folding system with the possibility of carrying out up to 4 folding
systems;
S" type folding system for avoiding the packaging between each bag
welding; in this way the bags slip out one at a time, without having to
open the bundle each time.
3) Semiautomatic table with variable range for producing bags with lengths
exceeding 1500 mm.
4) No. 1 collection belt with intermittent translation controlled from
the keyboard for collecting the finished bundles.
5) No .1 console fitted with emergency stop and belt translation controls.
6) Folder translation system that allows access inside the machine for
maintenance operations.
4. Safety guards and emergency devices foreseen by the
CE standards and the laws in force that govern the accident prevention
regulations.
