Designing :
Our pursuit for excellence begins right at the design stage by experienced designers assisted by CAD/CAM facilities with a latest version of Pro-E, which enables 3-D designing and accurate CNC machining to meet any complex profiles.

Manufacturing:
We believes in selection of 3 M(man, machine & material) to ensure desired levels of quality. This is achieved by employing highly qualified & skilled professionals and state of the art machinery such as CNC milling, CNC Sparking, CNC wire cut EDM, CNC Lathe, jig grinding & boring, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, Radial Drilling and host of other special and conventional machinery. High quality steels, where necessary imported steels are used according to the end use.

Quality:
Quality focus is enforced at every aspect right from design to delivery. Quality & customer's requirements are given paramount importance during manufacturing. All the processes are continuously monitored with rigorous inspection at various stages. It has an Italian made co-ordinate measuring machine for accurate testing.

TUV SUDDEUTCHLAND, Germany has awarded us with ISO 9001 certification in December-2001. It is also in pursuit of upgrading its certification to ISO 9001-2000 version.
