Polystyrene (HIPS - High Impact Polystyrene Sheet)

HIPS is a perfect solution for the flexible usage. It has lower cost than its substitutions. It is ideal to vacuum with limited budget. Easy to clean thanks to smooth surface. This is sometimes a reason to use HIPS Should be watching out to tensile. It isn’t recommended to use open air

PET (Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) Sheet

PET-G Sheet (Polyethylene Terephthalate – Glucole)

Pet G sheet is a transparent co polyester sheet which is extremely easy to fabricate and thermoform. The easy fabrication combined with the high transparency and high impact strength has made GRIPHEN™ the obvious choice in many applications where PVC, PMMA or PC traditionally has been used. Polycarbonate Sheet

It is an extruded high quality transparent polycarbonate sheet. It has a superior impact strength at half the weight of glass. It has more than two times impact strength of PET G and more than 10 times impact strength of high impact PMMA. The product has an outstanding high clarity and is more regularly replacing glass in exposed applications
In case of fire, it will melt and create a passage where heat and smoke will be let out of the building. It will have no contribution to the growth of a fire through flame spread

Extruded Acrylic Sheet – PMMA (PolyMethyl MethAcrylate)

Extruded acrylic sheets are produced with extrusion technique. PMMA comes out with changing of Monomer acrylic structure. PMMA is shaped as sheet at extrusion lines. As long as machine allows, PMMA sheet is produced as requested but there are a handful world standard sizes. It is much lighter than glass. Also it is easy to handle and stack. Transparent acrylic has % 92 light transmissions comparing to glass. PMMA has less tolerance than cast acrylic sheet. Manufacturing process is obviously fast
