Calco Polychem Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed company established in 1999 with an object to manufacture comprehensive range of colored, additive masterbatches and fillers. The company's plastic masterbatch manufacturing facility is located in Delhi, India.
Calco has come a long way since its inception and has grown manifold producing nearly 8000MT of masterbatches and fillers per year. We are equipped with state of the art machinery and laboratory equipments for producing quality additive and filler masterbatches.
Within a short span of time Calco has made its presence felt amongst masterbatch producers in India. The group continues to increase its capacity because of the trust it enjoys among its valuable customers.

Calco Polychem masterbatch manufacturing facility is certified with ISO 9001:2000 which is a testimony of quality 
management. It aims to be compliant with ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 very shortly.
White Masterbatch
We use the best quality TiO 2 and have a range of over 100 white masterbatch formulations, some with pigment loading of upto 75%. Black Masterbatch
It is also one of the largest selling color and has unlimited potential in the market. We use the best quality carbon black and have a range of over 100 black masterbatch formulations, some with carbon loading of upto 55% in different grades and shades. Color Masterbatch
Calco has wide range of colored concentrates to be used in different plastic processing techniques/applications. These color masterbatches are produced with maximum loading of high performance pigments. Select from our wide range of colors. Our research staff provides ingenious solutions to our customers' need in many diverse industries. Calco Polychem has state of the art testing laboratory with the most latest testing facility. Laboratory is totally dedicated for the consistency of production quality. Every batch before packing goes through MFI test, Dispersion test, Lubrication test, color spectro photometer test and final check on Blow Film and injection moulding plant to get the reahological values.
We work closely with our partners to develop tailor made solutions for the most demanding applications. With our R&D efforts, we have developed unique and economical grade for user specific applications.
