Established in 1978, ATC specializes in the production of precision plastic components and moulds. Quality has been the hallmark of ATC since its inception and to further this
endeavour
it has established its Quality Management Systems under ISO: 9001-2000 (TUV) and undertakes stringent measures to assure quality products to the customers. ATC has been providing a complete solution to its clientele for their high quality thermoplastic & thermoset component requirements. The Clientele of ATC consists of OEMs in diverse sectors. The basic business operations of ATC can be divided into two categories: Plastic Moulding & Mould Manufacturing,
with each having its own comprehensive set of infrastructure to operate independently.
Our Mission is to be the customer's first preference for their plastic moulded component requirements. It is our earnest endeavour to achieve this by aligning our business processes with the global trends and incorporating state of the art mould making and plastic moulding facilities.
Our inclination towards quality is reflected throughout the Organization & also in our Systems which are customer centric. This has resulted in our capability to deliver consistent results during mass production with low PPM levels. Our Zest for improvement has ensured us a place in Clusters formed by two of our customers namely Minda Group & Asahi India Glass Ltd under the professional guidance of MACE (Maruti Centre for Excellence). These clusters have helped us tread the path for improvement activities which are also monitored regularly.

Moulding & Assembly of Precision Plastic Parts
ATC has been in business for more than 30 years and has been processing wide array of material ranging from engineering plastics like nylon 6,66,46 (
unfilled
and glass filled), PBT, PET, ABS, PC, PPS to commodity plastics like PP (unfillied and talc/glass filled), PVC and thermo-set materials like phenolic resins and melamine resins. Our forto lies in making precision plastic components which we have further extended to the area of manufacturing large aesthetic components.
We have a comprehensive infrastructure of plastic injection moulding machines ranging from 25 tons to 1000 tons sourced from reputed brands including L&T Demag, Asian Plastics (Taiwan), Multiples (Taiwan) etc. This also includes special purpose Vertical Rotary Table insert moulding machines and thermo- set injection moulding machines.
Our aim lies in providing a complete solution to the customer, for which we undertake / outsource
other operations as well, like projection welding, sheet metal parts, turned and forged parts, plating etc for use as inserts in moulding or for subassemblies.Tool Design & Manufacturing
ATC has been manufacturing plastic injection moulds since inception & has now converted its facility to a commercial tool room. Availability of comprehensive in-house infrastructure provides us with capability to ensure full control over mould quality & delivery times.
Here again, we have sourced our machines from the leading brands like Deckel Maho Gildemeister (CNC Vertical Machining Center), Agie Charmilles (CNC EDM & CNC Wire cut), Geedee Weiler (Lathe) etc. Our design facility consists of: UG NX-3 for mould design & manufacturing & Solid Edge for Mould Design. Trained experts with vast Industrial knowledge manage the design section of our tool room. A combination of CNC & conventional machines along with the design Facility makes ATC a complete Tool Room, capable of delivering the right product at the right time & at the right price.
Our components find their use in myriad applications like automobile parts: horns, switches, ignition assy., lock assembly, door assy.; gensets, home appliances, heating elements, vending machines, etc.
Export markets: With its quest for business with the foreign markets ATC made efforts & got selected to work on a project with Technology Export Development Organization (TEDO), a joint initiative of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Department of Scientific and Industrial research (DSIR) for building export competitiveness with final aim of export to EU markets. The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI), an agency of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Netherlands, is the knowledge partner in this project.
