Plasto Group has two companies Vaibhav Plastimoulds Pvt. Ltd. and Plasto Containers Pvt. Ltd. Both the companies are ISO certified in the manufacture of ISI marked Plastic Water Storage Tanks and PVC Pipes & Fittings. It commands high reputation with its high class infrastructure, quality, and service. Plasto Group with its company, Vaibhav Plastimould Pvt. Ltd. is also expanding in the packaging line with a vision of providing complete solution to packaging in short time. We provide packaging solutions for designing, shrink sleeve manufacturing, and support for shrink tunnels (Auto or Manual) from Taiwan. Process:
The design is printed on the reverse side of the shrink films, and shrink sleeves are made by pasting the edges of the films. The sleeves are then slipped over the container either manually or through auto-applicator. The container with the sleeve is then passed through the hot air tunnel in which the sleeve shrinks due to the heat and takes the shape of the container.
