The focus of VKE, since its inception in 1980, has been on quality. Our devotion to the pursuit of quality has enabled us to reach where we are today. In an extremely competitive environment, the only thing that distinguishes us from others is the quality of our heaters. All the heating elements are checked 100% for required quality parameters at every stage of the manufacturing process; with custom built inspection & testing equipments. Rejected & defective pieces are removed from the shop floor for later analysis &/or rework. Amongst the tests that we undertake for our heaters include:

Ceramic Band Heaters:
Ceramic Band are manufactured by placing spirally wound nichrome 80/20 resistance wire coil in ceramic insulators and covered by outer stainless steel sheath. Ceramic bands can be used for heating of cylindrical parts upto  600°C

 

High Density Cartridge Heaters
Cartridge heaters can be made in a variety of sheaths like Stainless steel, Brass and Incolony. Various types of terminations can be provided. Cartridge heaters can be made in a variety of different lengths and diameters as per individual requirements. In built thermocouple can also be provided for accurate control. Applications: Heating of Dies, Moulds, Metallic parts, Packaging Machines, etc.

Cast Heaters
Cast Heaters are made of formed tubular elements cast into aluminum of C.I. Cast heaters can be made in a variety of shapes and size to meet specific application. Cast heaters can also be manufactured with cooling arrangements to minimize temperature overshoot. Cooling can be air cooled or water cooled. Applications: Widely used in Extrusion industries, Injection Moulding, Vacuum Forming Compression Moulding, etc.

Coil Heater
VKE Flat Coil Heater are uniquely designed to the optimize customers cycle time resulting in lower the down time and increasing production. Our heaters are provided with 0.02mm tolerance which precisely fits and profiling to optimize the performance of nozzles and other matching components.  Available with or without internal thermocouple -- Type J. With a cross section of 2.4mm x 4.2mm the VKE flat coil heater can accommodate today's design objective of placing nozzles closer to waterlines and minimizing material usage and surface contact is maximized resulting in less required heated length and more watts per linear inch.
