BJS Engineers founded in 1990 by technically qualified & experienced technocrats, having rich engineering
experience of design, manufacturing and plastic machinery building.
In 1996, BJS entered in the field of manufacturing plastic processing machinery and critical spares
like Twin Screw Barrel Sets in both Conical & Parallel technology for making UPVC Pipes / Profiles /
Sheets, matchable to any OEM, any size, any type, economically priced, with internationally acceptable
quality standards.
BJS become an exporter & specialist from 2004 onwards. It also, started direct marketing of all above
products in both local and international Market, following ISO norms.

Hopper Loader
Fully Automatic, Compact Design, Continuous conveying capacity up to 600 kgs/hr, Conveyor up to 13 Mtrs long complete with Sensor & Electrical Panel for Precise Control Automatically.
Extruder
BJS Designed Latest Twin Screw Extruder in Parallel design, Counter Rotating Technology with Controlled Raw Material feeding, having 100-550 Kgs/hr Capacity with compact Gear Box Design & complete with AC/DC Drive Synchronization of Extruder, Feeder & Haul-Off.
Die Head
Precision Design assures Smooth and Utilization of Extruder's Capacity. Big Die Heads are provided with Trolley for Easy of Mounting.
Dies
Accurate Dies with High Output covers Wider range of Pipe Diameters. Material contact surfaces are Chromed for Free Flow and Higher Output.
Water Spray Bath
Inexpensive, open Constructed Spray bath are Designed for Pressure Sizing provided with Nozzles to cool Product efficiency to match both Extrusion Speed and much higher Heat Exchange Rate.
Vacuum Calibrator
Designed to Save Energy, Superior Product Quality Reduction in Wastage, Aided by Two Separate Circuit of Vacuum generation for Quick Formation & Water Spray for Efficient Cooling.
Haul off
Supplied with AC/DC Drive, Synchronization with Extruder & Design with Exchangeable Gripper Pads & Chain to avoid any Slippage.
Auto Cutting Saw

Planetary Saw

Twin Screw Barrels are Designed in a variety of designs to suit Pipes, Profiles, Sheets and Compounds and are Tailored to meet individual application need. All Screw Barrels are manufactured from High Quality Nitro-alloy EN-41b steel with Highly finished, Ground or Honed Bores and having Nitrogen Case Hardened Surfaces making them Extremely Durable and Wear Resistant.

Semi or Automatic Belling / Socketing Machine for Smooth, 'O' Ring or SWR shape with Pneumatic, Hydraulic or Mechanical Blow.
Threading Machine
The Machine is Designed to cut External Threads on Plumbing Pipes. Tangential Chaser are used as cutters for Threading. Pipe remains Stationary and Die Head fitted with Tangential Chaser Rotates. BSP, BSPT, NPT, UMF, BSW, ACME Threads can be cut with this Machine, depending upon the type of Chasers used. We have Three Models as size range are :-

SPM THREADING MACHINE can be designed and developed, For cutting internal and external threads from 100 mm to 400 mm dia UPVC Pipes. For cutting of threads, a rotary cutter, powered with A.C. MOTOR is provided. Cutter moves Planetary mode, along with the peripheral of the stationary pipe. A separate A.C. Motor is provided for rotary movement of the cutting head. An PLC with MMI is provided for Automatic operation.
