Fixed Turret Machines - FTC Series
With three to four arms arrangement, shuttling oven, hot air re-circulation in a closed circuit, its floor plan provides three processing stations. All arm assemblies fixed to a common indexing turret.

Shutting Machines - CP Series
With two, four, six arms arrangement, the unique clips shuttle style machine is expandable to meet increasingly product needs. The shuttle modular concept machines have two or multiple of two arms / carts, all sharing common oven. Shuttle machines can be purchased initially as two arm machine and later expanded.

Closed Oven Rock & Roll Machine - BS Series
Rocking oven machines are designed for molding large containers. These machines can mold a single part up to 50,000 liters or multiple parts on a cradle continuous 360 degree cradle rotation with heavy duty gear motors and smooth rocking action is provided with hydraulics

Pulverisers - CP Series Pulverisers
Cp series pulverizes are designed to meet highest engineering standards. These pulverisors are meant for tough and reliable operation round the clock, closed circuit grinding system, heavy duty welded steel construction. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced. Cycle working is completely automatic with every safety system. The disk blades are realized in special hardened steel. The system causes a depression in the grinding chamber so the disk blades remain always clean, no material agglomerates, hence blade life is prolonged. Stationery grinding disk is water jacketed. The material stays in grinding chamber for a very short time. This doesn’t allow the material to heat itself, so a lot of materials can be pulverized at ambient temperature. With an adjusting system of the distance between the two disks, the grinding blade can be re-sharpened for extended life.

Extruders - CP Series Extruders
Suitable for compound palletizing, coloring palletizing, reclamation palletizing, it has heavy duty welded steel construction. Its heavy duty gear box features high torque output and assures smooth flow performance. The barrel is manufactured from special alloy steel featuring maximum durability and long service life. Especially designed screw and barrel assembly ensures excellent mixing and dispersion performance with five heating zones. Each zone is connected with temperature control system to provide maximum stability and accuracy of temperature control. The thermo – retention heaters reduce heat losses and power consumption to a minimum. Sufficient guards and protective covers for human and equipment safety are designed specifically for rotomolding.

Scrap Grinder
Scrap grinder is used for recycling of rejected molded parts. The rejected products are cut into pieces and then grinded to relies. All stationary and rotating blades are made of alloy steel hardened for longer life.

Rotomolds
Clips poly produces everything from simplex prototype to large multi- cavity molds. The making of complex mold is our specialty. We leave our mark of quality on every mold we make.

Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Rotational Molds
The molds are fabricated from 2 to 2.5 mm thickness sheets. Our highly skilled mold makers put special care into every stage of mold construction.
Clips poly has in house facility of fabrication and assembly of molds. We design molds on cad making of complex mold is our specialty. The molds are submitted to termic treatment to avoid deformation during molding.

Cast Aluminium Molds
