POLYMER ADDITIVES 1. FINALUX LUBRICANTS FINE ORGANICS produces a wide range of FINALUX lubricants. Each FINALUX lubricant is developed to suit a specific application considering an exact need of the compounder, processor and end-user. The diversity of olechemistry has contributed a lot in synthesis of this wide range of FINALUX lubricants for PVC, Polyolefins, Styrenics, Nylon and other Engineering plastics. FINALUX lubricants range consists of:  Internal
lubricants Compatible external lubricants
External lubricants Composite
lubricants Compatible external lubricants are synthetic complex derivatives exhibiting strong release properties along with sufficient compatibility in PVC. These compatible external lubricants are specially recommended for transparent PVC applications. 2. FINASTAT ANTISTATIC AGENTS FINASTAT range of Internal and External type antistatic agents are used in various polymers like Polyethylene, Polypropylene, ABS, PVC etc. These FINASTAT antistats are both Nitrogen-free and Nitrogen-containing types. FINASTAT-9500 is a most effective Nitrogen free antistatic agent for PE/PP and PVC. FINASTAT-LD 100 is a Nitrogen containing antistatic agent recommended for PE/PP. FINASTAT-PE 20 is the most suitable Nitrogen free antistatic agent for PVC. FINASTAT-PR 100 is a Nitrogen free antistat for PVC and Rubber. 3. FINAWAX SLIP-ANTIBLOCK AGENTS FINEX Amide Waxes Since last many years, FINAWAX-C has been the Industry standard for ABS, PVC, Polyacetal, Polyester, Nylon and many other plastic materials. FINAWAX-E and FINAWAX-O are primary amides used in Polyolefins as Slip Additives. FINAWAX-S and FINAWAX-B specially primary amides are Antiblock Additives for Polyolefins. 4. PROCESSING AID FOR FILLED POLYMERS / PLASTAID RANGE PLASTAID RANGE OF PROCESSING AIDS PLASTAID range of multifunctional processing aids are developed specially for Filled Thermoplastics Compounds , Colour mastrebatches, Thermosetting and Rubber Compounds. These high performance processing aids improve flow and mould release properties of highly filled compounds for plastic furniture, automobile parts, defence, aerospace, household consumer durables etc. PLASTAID-T Works on the principle of hydrogen bonding between polymer and filler (or pigments) to achieve better mechanical properties (or colour strength). PLASTAID-T is suggested for Highly Filled PP/PE Compounds, Thermoplastic Elastomers and hermosetting Moulding Powders. PLASTAID-440 is a high performance dispersing aid in colour masterbatches and carbon black based plastics and rubber compounds. PLASTAID-F is a dispersion aid used for filler coating and pigment/filler dispersion applications. PLASTAID-P is a dispersion aid used for filler coating and pigment/filler dispersion applications. 5. FYNOL ANTIFOGS AND VISCOSITY DEPRESSANTS / FYNOL RANGE 6. These esterwaxes are synthesized to match the performance of natural waxes. FINALUX G 321 : Solid Esterwax FINALUX G 401 : Liquid Esterwax FINAWAX synthetic waxes are specially developed for making colour masterbatches for various plastics. They have excellent pigment dispersing properties and desired compatibility with different polymers. eg. FINAWAX-KD/KM for PE FINAWAX-C for ABS FINALUX-G 151 for PS/SAN 9. SECONDARY ANTIOXIDANTS / FINANOX RANGE FINANOX FINANOX range consist of Thioesters and Phosphites. DLTDP Di-Lauryl Thiodipropionate FINANOX-12 DSTDP Di-Stearyl Thiodipropionate FINANOX-18 DTDTDP Di-Tridecyl Thiodipropionate FINANOX -10 DSPDP Di-Stearyl Penetaerythritol FINANOX - 8 FINANOX antioxidents are secondery antioxidents used in Polyolefins and Styrenic polymers manufacturing and compounding.
