Marking And Coding: Aeromec Automatic Hot Stamping Press
The Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking Machine is specifically designed to mark in colour all type of polyethylene pipes, rigid PVC pipes, PVC sections, HDPE sections and PV sections during the extrusion process.

	The Aeromec Hot Colour Marking Machines are fully automatic without any induction motor. Optional Motor Driven Models are available for OFF-LINE printing
	Hot Colour Marking Machines from Aromec provide an area of marking from 10mm to 315mm outside diameter of pipes.
	Option of periodical marking can be provided on request by attaching an microprocessor based digital counter with pneumatic arrangement.
	Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking Machine can have the periodical marking set up to 3 digits.

HDPE Pipes: The Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking machine can be specifically designed to mark in colour on HDPE pipes and HDPE sections during extrusion process.

	Rotary Automatic Printing Machine does the marking every one meter by ink on the pipes by using STEREOS (Rubber Stamps) fixed on the marking wheel.

Profile and Lamination: Profile and Lamination Machine is specially designed for hot stamping on furniture profile, frame profile and window profile. The Aeromec Machines profiles any size and decorations (hot foil stamp) easily by rotating stamping head and equally by adding identical further units. The frame passes to one or three machines depending on the profile and can get decorated in one pass.

Hot Stamping Foil
Aeromec Hot Stamping Foil (pigment based only) comes in different colour with 625 meters, 1000 meters and in rolls with 9 mm width.
Brass Stereos
Aeromec also offers Brass Stereos which are the marking blocks containing the matter to be printed. Brass stereos from Aeromec come with different characters height and fonts. They can also be made in local languages, with quick delivery time. Ink & Rubber Stories — PVC Inks
The ink supplied by Aeromec for printing on PVC pipes comes with various colours. The Aeromec inks are non-spreading and aid to get a better print.
Polymer Stereos
