HIPS is a low cost plastic material that is easy to machine and fabricate. It is often specified for low strength structural applications when impact resistance, machinability, and low cost are required. High Impact Polystyrene sheets can be used for a number of printing and forming applications. Due to its consistent matte surface, HIPS allow for both lithographic and flexographic printing on both sides

PVC Sheets

Besides being abrasion and corrosion resistant, with excellent weathering and electrical insulation properties, Industrial rigid PVC sheets are also resistant to stray acids, alkalies, salt solutions and other chemicals. ABS Sheets

ABS sheet has high-impact strength with a textured hair-cell finish on one side. Great for appliance covers, crisper trays, instrument panels. ABS has high impact strength and is ideal for making prototypes. It can be sawed, routed, glued and heat formed. ABS sheet plastic perfect for car interiors and exteriors. ABS sheet or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene has good impact resistance down to low temperatures. Ideal for making prototypes because it has great thermoforming properties, it is capable of a deep draw and maintaining a good definition. ABS modified grades are available to increase UV resistance or to improve its fire rating Tough, easy to form, high impact resistance, available with a diversity of colours, finishes and features (weather resistance, fire resistance, low noise, high matt, high gloss...)
