Aryavart Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., manufacturers of Liquid Stabilizers and Powder Stabilizers, is the flagship company of Aryavart Group was established in 1974 at Panvel near Mumbai by a group of technocrats. In 1985, Aryavart diversified into the new business of PVC stabilizers with the launch of its INSTABEX range of liquid stabilizers. Aryavart launched INSTABEX IC, a Lead Stabilizer in liquid form for the first time in India. Since then Aryavart has worked continuously at expanding and improving its stabiliser range so that today Aryavart's products cover the full range of mixed metals like Ba-Cd, Ba-Cd-Zn, Cd-Zn, Ba-Pb, K-Zn, Ba-Zn, Ca-Zn, Pb and Tins. In 1993, Aryavart entered into the manufacture of Lead based Powder Stabilizers by setting up an ultra modern plant at Jalgaon in Maharashtra. To have better control on quality, an in-house Litharge plant was also set up. To increase its range of value added products, Aryavart started working on One-Pack Stabilizers for PVC Pipes. After studying the Customers requirements carefully, INSTABEX C-3, the first commercially successful One Pack in India was launched 1994/95. From that day onwards, Aryavart had always expanded their range of One Packs. Aryavart's INSTABEX C-2 is currently the number 1 brand in One Packs for Pipes in India. Keeping pace with international developments, Aryavart promptly introduced Stab-Lube One packs such as INSTABEX C333, INSTABEX C-900 and INSTABEX C-954 which are benchmarked against international products. In 1997, Aryavart became the first Drier & liquid PVC Stabilizer manufacturing unit in India to obtain ISO 9002. Aryavart's commitment to excellent customer service as well moving to a JIT system with our customers has prompted Aryavart to aggressively expand its dealer network in India to ensure ready availability of material for customers at any time. Aryavart has also made its presence felt in the international market through our associates world wide. Time and again Aryavart has reiterated its commitment to excellent service, competitive prices and up to date technology.top

Liquid Lead Stabilizer:
Instabex IC:
Aryavart introduced the concept of liquid Lead stabilizers in India for the first time in 1985. Liquid Leads offer advantage of dust free handling, easy dispersion and its presence at thermally degradable active site in molecular chain prevents the degradation more effectively. It gives an excellent flow compared to TBLS; further, it imparts excellent insulation properties and also some degree of transparency in unfilled compounds.

Liquid Stabilizer cum Kicker:
The Instabex KB and KB II series is employed as stabilizer cum kicker along with blowing agents like azodi-carbonamide. Production of satisfactory chemically blown foam depends on the correct selection of polymer, plasticizer, filler and blowing agent. These kickers reduce decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, provide adequate thermal stability & control evolution of gas. Incorporation of epoxy in the formulation will improve heat stability, aging properties & also assist in better formation.

Instabex T-9:
There are certain applications where stabilization requirements are not very demanding, end products are also not very expensive. Uses of high performance stabilizers are not feasible on economic grounds. In such situations, Instabex T-6 and Instabex T-9 come handy. Apart from providing adequate heat stability, these products act as a weak kicker also. Instabex T-6 and T-9 are to be used in application where sulfide staining is not very critical. Applications like book binding cloth, Rickshaw hood cloth, reprocessed low cost chappals are the typical applications where Instabex T-6 and Instabex T-9 are used.
