Sai Enterprises in currently involved in producing plastics products by Injection Moulding (IM), Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), Injection Blow Moulding (IBM), to cater to FMCG companies. We can help from the conceptualising stage of a product to its commercial production

Unit 1 - at Pantnagar is spread over 1500 sqm with two manufacturing plants. This unit is equipped with 4 Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) Machines, 5 Injection Moulding (IM) Machines of 180 T capacity, 3 Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) Machines of 1/2 Ltr to 1 Ltr capacity with a single head and double station along with auto de-flashing and 1 Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) Machine with 4 heads and double station along with auto de-flashing. All Extrusion Blow Moulding Machines have an in - built Parison Programming System for providing customers with optimal savings in the weight of the article thereby bringing cost efficiency.

Unit 2 - at Selakui, Dehradun is spread over 400 sqm with one manufacturing plant. This unit is equipped with 7 Injection Moulding (IM) Machines of 100 T to 180 T capacity and 2 Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) Machines of 1/4 Ltr capacity.

Unit 3 - in April, 2011 Sai set up a manufacturing facility at Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE, in the name of Sai Globus LLC, to cater to customers in the GCC countries. The unit is equipped with 3 Injection Moulding (IM) Machines of 160 T to 200 T capacities. We provide start to end solutions for our customers.
